 ZonePerfect Delivers on its Promises. May 04, 2010

every day, and I am furious that the local stores, which carry other flavors, do not carry this one, so when I'm waiting for the next Amazon shipment I am ready to climb the walls. We are soon to have a lot of work done on our bathroom, and are going to have to stay in a motel while the work is being done. There are very few things I can eat, due to stomach surgery, and my husband told me to order a lot of Zone bars for the motel stay.
Oh, and by the way, cinnamon helps lower blood sugar.

I'm a fan of Zone bars in general, and I always try to keep some of the Cinnamon Roll flavor around, because sometimes I just don't feel like having chocolate. (Also less messy to eat on the go.)

I absolutely love these bars. They are delicious and perfect for a quick lunch or snack. I have tried many nutrition bars and this one is by far the best in taste and texture.

I've been buying this particular bar for a number of years, probably since it first came out. While i like the flavor by itself, i discovered that crumbling 1/2 the bar in my oatmeal in the morning gives it a great flavor while adding a balance of protein and carbs. I often add a 7g amount of protein powder to the mix and use soy milk to make it creamy.
i do this often and have yet to tire of it. Of course i usually have other things to eat along with the oatmeal, but that is usually a constant. I'm glad Amazon sells this as stores in my area have stopped stocking it. Overall a good price and it's convenient to order.

Nutrition bars that claim to be full of vitamins etc. usually taste either medicinal or just plain nasty. Thankfully, these bars taste pretty good. They do the job for me when I have the munchies and need something to tie me over. The bars are crunchy/rice-like in texture. I enjoyed this so much I made the mistake of trying ZonePerfect's other bars (Almond Biscotti, Fudge Graham, and some Fruit bar) which, unlike Cinnamon Roll, all tasted gross.
