Great way to start the day. The best Greens product I've tried, and I've tried a few. For me, it feels like my body just slurps it up and I did feel an increase in my energy level after taking it. The taste is great, too. It is sweet tasting but the sugar level is low so no worry about that. I feel very confident I am getting what my body needs when taking this.

I have been using Greens First for about 2 years. I love this product. The antioxidant punch of 10 organic fruits and veggies gives me so much energy, not to mention my skin feels better and body seems so much cleaner. I gave it to my girlfriends last year for Christmas, too. What better gift than the gift of health to those you love!

Tasty enough for a Toddler! Aug 18, 2010
I have a food issue with my toddler. He see's a food he dosn't like and he will throw up on sight. Any fruits of veggies causes him to throw up. There is no forcing him to eat it. It just dosn't happen. Our Chiropractor recommended trying this, everymorning I mix half a scoop for him with water and apple juice. We call it "Pond Juice" and he LOVES LOVES LOVES it.

I take it with him too, without the apple juice. I really like it too. For health benefits, I guess time will tell. We've been taking GreensFirst for a month. I feel great :)

Greens First was recommended by my doctor as a superior nutritional superfood. Taste's better than most,also. Found the best price via Amazon.

I was never a fan of these green drinks until I tried this one. After one brain surgery and three spine surgeries in the same year I was on a massive amount of pain meds. When I decided to kick them it was horrible. My aunt gave me some of this when I was detoxing and it made me feel slightly better. Now when you're detoxing from opiates there's nothing you can really do to feel good, but it did make me feel better. I've been using it ever since and love it.

For those that are put off by the sweetness and minty taste a recipe that I like is about 8oz of COLD water and 8oz of unsweetened almond milk or soy milk (I don't eat soy) and 1 scoop of Greens FIrst. You can get almond milk now at just about any grocery store. The colder it is the better.
